This unit is not the entire home just the basement unit, but so much more than an apartment! Our permanent residence is upstairs. You will need to walk down a flight of outside stairway to reach the private entrance.

We are available for mid-term rentals only (1-3 months) This is a completely separate walkout basement unit with plenty of natural sunlight below our primary residence. You enter by walking down the outside stairs to the entrance. The backyard has a sitting area under a covered patio, BBQ grill, table w/umbrella for dining outside in a private fenced yard. Inside you will find three bedrooms, each with televisions ranging from 32" to 40".
There is a large family room with 55" flat screen TV and DVD player. A TV with XBox is also available (bring your own games). A full size kitchen, laundry room and one bathroom makes your stay away from home even more comfortable. We also have one queen size sofa sleeper in the family room. There is a portable travel bed for an infant. The kitchen is complete with a microwave, range, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. The kitchen is also fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pans, Keurig, crock pot, waffle maker, and juicer. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy all the comforts of home.
There is access to a large community swimming pool with lots of deck lounge chairs and a kiddie pool. Hidden Valley Park is nearby which is perfect for the whole family to enjoy the outdoors in sunny St George.
If you love the outdoors you will want to spend plenty of time exploring all the state and national parks nearby...Snow Canyon State Park (14 miles), Zions National Park (45 miles), Bryce Canyon National Park (145 miles) and the Grand Canyon (251 miles).
For the sports lovers there are many golf courses, pickleball courts, biking and walking trails all around town.
There is always lots to do and plenty of wonderful weather to do it in here!
