All this close to shopping, the new Publix is just down the street on Mocassin Wallow as well as new stores, doctors, dentists, restaurants to the left and right down Ellenton Gillette Rd, and access to I-75 is a couple of turns away and you are on your way to St Petersburg, Ft Desoto Park and beaches, Tampa, Sarasota, University Town Center Mall and shopping and of course just down the street is the Ellenton Outlet Mall. Because of the growth in the area new schools are coming on line, just this past year Parrish had a new high school, elementary and middle school. But wait, the most important today - a new home without the wait, all windows are in, appliances are in place, we can close anytime after Aug 12 due to having to wait the 2 year ownership.
