There is even a pool room for those that want to cue up during clubhouse hours 10 am to 5pm. Tenants can also use the clubhouse for private parties at no charge if left clean and damage free / deposit required.
The manufactured home at #155 Cisco Way is 1296 sq feet and spacious, light and bright. Come see this home in person to appreciate all it has to offer. It has been kept up very well by the owner but we decided on very few pictures due to extended family staying with her right now prior to her move to Pennsylvania taking up a lot of space which makes it difficult to take pictures right now. This home was built in 2006 but was not sold until 2015 to the current and sole owner. The home has high ceilings, an open floor plan and a split floor plan with the master at one end and the other two bedrooms at the other end of the home. There is a huge galley kitchen with LOTS of cabinet space and there is a separate laundry room next to the carport entrance that has a door to close it off from the rest of the home with room for storage too. New roof only two years old, new hot water heater only two months old and HVAC with oversized condenser that has had recent upgrades to ensure you a cool home in the hot summer months and a cozy warm winter evening as well. Oh there is also a new garbage disposal the owner just installed. What more could you ask for in a manufactured home? Please go to the park office to meet the manager Susie and to get a park application for park approval which is necessary prior to opening escrow. Picture looks a little clouded due to fires near Quincy that are affecting air quality at this time.
