No smoking is allowed, and pets must be approved before booking. Please be mindful of noise levels, especially if there are people staying on the first floor. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside the house, alert us immediately, and we will address the issue. Snow removal is not provided unless more than three to four inches accumulate in one day, but snow shovels are available for guest use. Lawn maintenance is taken care of during the spring, summer, and fall. Extra blankets are provided, but no extra pillows are available at this time.
