A $50 fee for a background and credit check, due for all adults on the application for the property.
Proof of income: Lease holders must collectively make 2x the monthly rent.
Identification: A copy (front and back) of a driver's license for all adult occupants.
References: One personal or business reference, and contact information for your previous rental for a rental verification.
Occupant and Pet Disclosure: You'll need to disclose all occupants (adults and children) and any pets that will live in the home.
The total move-in cost will include at least one full month's rent plus the security deposit. The security deposit amount depends on your credit score. Minimum credit score accepted is 500. You need to have a credit score in general.
The standard security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent. If you have a credit score under 625 then it’s two month’s rent and If needed, the second security deposit can be paid in full within the first 60 days of your move-in.
