The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while its attached bathroom features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a spacious tub. Bedroom 2 offers a king-size bed.
Bedroom 4 is designed for larger groups with twelve twin beds, and bedroom 5 has six twin beds and two blow-up mattresses for additional flexibility. Bedroom 6 and 7 both offer cozy queen beds, ensuring a good night's sleep for all guests. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ and smoker grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.
We pride ourselves in offering a pet-friendly place. We allow up to 2 dogs and charge a pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs. This fee is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets.

Additionally, a nearby park is within walking distance, providing a perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Convenience is key, with grocery stores just a few minutes away, ensuring that all your essential needs are easily met.
The homeowners, Kacey and Tiffanie, live in the area and are often available in person and via text or phone should you need assistance during your stay. Our property maintenance manager lives on-site in the completely separated basement of this large house with his own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home. If your group requires a large portion of parking space, contact us before your reservation to ensure accommodation. This rental home is in a quiet neighborhood, so we ask for your help in respecting the friendly neighbors by not hosting parties and keeping music and noise quiet after 10 pm each night. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises of the property. Failure to comply with the pet fee, smoking/drug policy, and unauthorized events or parties could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund, and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
