This home is equipped with horse stalls, making it ideal for those traveling with their equine companions. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, while its attached bathroom features a walk-in shower with two shower heads and a spacious tub. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, Bedroom 3 is designed for larger groups with twelve twin beds, and bedroom 4 has six twin beds and two blow-up mattresses for additional flexibility. Bedroom 5 and 6 offer a cozy queen bed. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ and smoker grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.
Up to 2 dogs are allowed with a fee of $50 for 1 dog and $100 for 2 dogs. Fees are collected post-booking during our digital check-in process. Pet damages are not covered by the pet fee. You can also request early check-in or late check-out subject to availability and a small fee through the digital guestbook.

The owner and family respectfully lives on site in the completely separated basement unit of this large house with its own separate entrance that doesn't intervene with any of the rented spaces of the home and is often not home. If your group is in need of a large portion of parking space, please contact us before the time of your reservation with questions or requests to ensure that we can accommodate your groups needs. This is a smoke-free home and recreational drug use is prohibited. Violations may result in additional cleaning fees. City regulations require quiet hours beginning at 10:00 PM. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received. Exterior cameras are in place for safety and to help confirm guest count.
