This is a very beautiful highly desirable Evergreen Village community in Anaheim, home of Disneyland. This ground floor corner unit is clean w upgrades. The living room has a cozy fireplace and has access to the private patio. The master bedroom has a full bath and walk in closet. The second bedroom also has access to a full bath. The complex has so many mature trees that it feels like you are living in a pine forest. The jacuzzi and pool and sauna give me that spa feeling. I love ocean cruising and laying around the pool and going in the jacuzzi and sauna, I can experience that here. The patio off the living room and then the shade from the pine trees makes me feel like I rented a cabin in the woods. I love walking around this complex. It must be the best complex in the area. I also love that there is a garage. A covered carport AND a garage. We all need a place to put our stuff!
