I am ready for move in!!! Recently, an investor bought me, and I got a fresh coat of paint on all my walls, doors and trim. The closets were updated, countertops redone, a new front door, along with a fancy back splash. I have a huge den with a fireplace, and I have a firepit in the rear yard - great for having guests over. My master bedroom is spacious, and even has an exterior door leading to the rear yard. Other parts of me have been updated over the years, too! I got new windows and awesome wood shutters throughout not too long ago. A photographer was here taking pictures with a fancy camera, and he said I was going up for sale. I was so excited to hear the news!!! I have been vacant for a few months, and I can hardly wait for people to come see me. I've been a great home over the years, and I'm ready to welcome a new family. I am nice and clean, and I show very well. Hurry up and come see me, I don't think I'll be available for long!!!! I could use a kitchen upgrade and refrigerated air.
