The home features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an attached full bathroom on the second floor. The first floor hosts a bedroom with a queen bed, while the second floor includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a bedroom with two twin beds, and a bedroom with two queen-over-queen bunk beds. The fully equipped kitchen, stocked with pots, pans, silverware, utensils, plates, and more, makes meal prep easy. With a spacious dining table, a stylish kitchen bar, and a cozy breakfast nook, it’s the perfect space to cook, dine, and gather with your group.
Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth bedroom will be opened for groups of 10 or more guests. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. House-trained pets are allowed with a $100 fee per pet, which is added to the reservation’s nightly rate.
Nestled in a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood, this home offers a relaxing retreat while remaining close to the heart of Dallas. Located in a quiet residential area with tree-lined streets and spacious homes, it provides the perfect balance of suburban comfort and city convenience. Conveniently connected to major routes, it offers easy access to Dallas’s top attractions, shopping, and dining. While primarily a car-dependent area, it also offers good access to public transportation for those who prefer it.
Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a $500 fine. Smoking is allowed outdoors, and all cigarette butts must be properly disposed of. The garage door is currently out of service and does not close. Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage, recording 24/7, with no cameras inside the house. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 9:00. Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out is at 10 a.m. max. Unregistered guests are not allowed, and street parking is strictly forbidden. Any violation of house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund.
