This property is located on both sides of Hwy 107 and borders the national forrest. There is somewhere around 4.4acres on one side of the road and the remaining 14 acres is on the other. On the four acre side the driveway enters at an angle and goes to the upper end and then back on to the highway. The slope is very gentle from one end to the other and the creek is both picturesque and loud running along side. There is plenty of fall to the creek and it can be heard all over that tract. The driveway on the fourteen or so acres is relatively flat as it goes way way back onto the property. At the very back the property is much steeper.There are many many areas that lay exceptionally well on both sides of the road and the timber abounds throughout.
