The counters are solid surface in the bathroom also and the tile wraps around and up the walls to make a tiled version of wainscoting.

Take a peek in the kitchen. There is a pullout for trash/recycling and also pullouts for your pots and pans. No more fighting the kitchenware to pull that one pan out that you need (the one that always gets stuck in the back of the cabinet-you know the one)! Simply pull out the drawer and pick what you need.

The cabinets have also been freshened up with a bright and cheery coat of paint.

The home is all weather wood foundation and the shop is slab on grade with in-floor heat. One of the three heating loops in the garage is not functioning and the sellers do not intend on tearing up concrete. It works just fine for there use and they have not had an issue with it.
