This home was about 90% rebuilt/remodeled in 2021 - see photos. This location is relaxed living with treed lots and the sound, sights and enjoyment of Lake Huron just two lots away. The home has a very welcoming and open feel from the front door through the living room, dining room and into the kitchen. The original kitchen window remains because the design for the addition called for the proper header spanning 12 feet to allow for that kitchen wall to be removed anytime in the future. All top end appliances will stay if written into the proper contract. If you like gardening, you will likely love the full yard of flowers that bloom beginning in Spring and still some blooming into September. I also have a total of 6 blueberry shrubs, 3 variety and two of each. There is also a water treatment system by a company in Burton and the softener system all of which are owned not rented. The home was wired planning for a Generac generator and is ready anytime the homeowner wishes to make that small financial commitment for the comfort knowing not just electric but most importantly the heat (which is electric) will not miss a beat doing its job during any colder days or months. In the event power is lost before a decision to install a generator is made, no worry as most any portable generator can be positioned about 15 feet from the house and directly plugged in anyway. Sure, right now its a two bedroom, one bath home, but its nearly a brand new home with room to grow. All 5 smoke and CO detectors (Model 30CUA10-V) were just replaced Aug 2025 and are hardwired/interconnected and each have their own sealed battery so no more "dead" battery annoying noises, just replace the entire unit every 10 yrs or whenever you feel the need. If the buyer does not want the cedar post which I hand selected, debarked, sanded and varnished, I'll arrange for its removal.
