The condo is equipped with all the essentials, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a washer and dryer.
Parking passes must be purchased on-site in the front desk office on the 3rd floor between 8 am and 5 pm. After hours, passes may be purchased using the kiosk on the 3rd floor and wristbands can be picked up the following day. Passes are $50 per pass with a maximum of two passes per reservation. Wristbands will also be provided when you purchase passes and must be worn at all times when on site.

Local attractions include Gulf Shores Beach, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Gulf State Park, Gulf Adventure Center at Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Gulf State Park Fishing Pier, Zooland Mini Golf, Gulf Shores Museum, and Gulf Shores Golf Club.
For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
