Parking passes and amenity wristbands must be purchased and picked up on-site at the time of arrival. Parking passes cost $50 per pass with a maximum of 2 passes available per reservation. Wristbands are free of charge.

Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. All guests who choose to stay at San Carlos must sign a waiver upon arrival to the condo. There is no smoking in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy. This applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
