We enjoy sunshine year round in our 4 seasons room, one of the few condo's that have one. We have had many wonderful days boating on our families 25' power boat. Edgeview Condos are located 1 block off the south shore of Lake Cadillac, tucked in off the beaten path to assure quiet living. Easy living with all the perks of city conveniences and maintenance free lifestyle in a quiet park like setting. Our spacious condo has a beautiful wooded view from the dining and living room. Lush extremely well maintained lawn that surrounds the back patio. We have a very bright and open floor plan. Huge great room open to the kitchen. . Main floor master with extra large closet and large master bathroom. Upstairs we enjoy an open living room/loft area plus the second bedroom and full bathroom. Attached finished two car garage w/ space for storage. Low monthly maintenance fees and shared access to Lake Cadillac w/ private dock. You can keep a boat here for an extra fee and we have certainly enjoyed this convienence.
