Take your pick, closest is 4.2 miles away and two more within 5 miles. You can live a rural life here and still get pizza or publix groceries delivered. We are minutes to the 414 and the 429 , minutes to downtown Mt.Dora, Eustis, Tavares. The property is in very good company, most of the homes built around us over the years are in the upper $500k to $1M. So what are you waiting for?
