Noise levels must remain below 80 decibels at all times, and guests will receive automated text notifications for noise violations. Indoor smoking and fireworks are prohibited, with a designated outdoor smoking area located 15 feet away from the property. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Disabling or tampering with security devices will result in immediate eviction without refund. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be made in advance, but availability is not guaranteed. Guests must bring their own cleaning supplies, toiletries, and kitchen ingredients, with a starting supply of paper products, towels, and linens provided. Linens for pull-out sofas are not automatically supplied, so please let us know in advance if they are needed. Violation of any house rules may result in removal from the property without a refund.
