This colonial style twin home was built in 1940. The covered front porch is a wonderful place to greet your neighbors. We would sit out there just about every night. The old wood plank floor was replaced with concrete. Walking into the home, you’ll notice the large rooms. The living room and formal dining room have been recently painted with updated carpets and newer custom wood blinds. We do believe there are hardwood floors underneath but don’t know the condition of them. The newer modern eat in kitchen redone from the studs out in 2005 is my favorite room with Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, an abundance of maple cabinets with soft close drawers, granite counters, tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances which include a brand new 5 burner GE gas stove. The bath is top of the line totally redone in 2006 with new insulation and plumbing with features such as marble tile floors and walls in a neutral white and sage color. The sink has a granite elongated counter top You’ll also find new wood blinds in the bathroom. There’s a convenient linen closet in the hallway. You also have access to a walk up attic which is floored for extra storage. There’s an extra storage bureau included.

You’ll also find an area that can be used as an office. Through the door you’ll find the large laundry area with washer/dryer included. There’s the utility area with a Weil McLain gas heater and a 1 year old Bradford White water heater. Wait till you see the shelving you can use for all your storage! An outside exit is also featured which leads to the back patio. The backyard is fabulous and was perfect for any get togethers. There’s a large (approx. 20x20) covered concrete patio which flows right into the extra large fenced back yard. Also included is the large storage shed at the back of the yard which is great for all your gardening needs.
