Many improvements/enhancements in the landscaping have been done in recent years in both the front and back yards, including new/replacement bushes, trees, walkways, and outdoor steps leading into the sunroom and kitchen. Professional installation of gutter guards to keep gutters clean and free of leaves and debris. A new battery backup system to the sump and also a new sump pump all within the last 18 months. Replaced two air conditioner units within the last 5 years (one was in 2023). Recess lighting & crown molding. Replaced wine room cooling unit within the last two years.
