OK, this has only happened one other time this year! My wife walked in with me to take some pictures and said I want to move in here! This house is absolutely adorable and well appointed with so many neat little features that if you don't take a second look you might miss. Huge shade tree greets you in the front yard. This is a 3 bedroom home for the price of a 2 bedroom, as the third bedroom area does not have a closet. We have to list it as a 2 bedroom price for this reason.. but a nice big dresser remedies that! Sunken living room and soaring ceilings in the vaulted family room.
