The condo has a no-smoking policy, and any violation will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. No parties or events are allowed, with violators subject to a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any violation will incur a $200 fine. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. A security camera is installed outside for safety, but there are no cameras inside the property. Beach towels are not provided, and guests must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
