WOW you say as you enter my foyer and notice the upgraded laminate hard wood flooring throughout and the spacious formal living room on the left. Don’t need a formal living room? Make it an office or a playroom, I don’t care, I’m very flexible ya know. To the right, my formal dining room spacious enough for all the furniture you have. Imagine the Thanksgiving turkey resting proudly on your fine china surrounded by loved ones as you celebrate your new digs. There is time to get in by Thanksgiving ya know! Into the family room and that’s it, you’re done, I’m the one for you! Beautiful flooring, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan AND plenty of room for all of your furniture. But that’s not all! Through the family room and into the fully finished and heated Florida room. My current owners are using it as their office, but you do with it what you want, would make a great playroom or video room right? To the right any into the large kitchen. The lake is full of your favorite catch. Make sure you check out the sea planes landing on the lake as well. It’s quite a site to enjoy. Maybe a picnic by the lake w/ a little fishing a little sunset, and planes landing on the lake. There’s really way to much for me to brag about and I have only scratched the surface. You have to come see me to appreciate me, but be warned, you will FALL IN LOVE WITH ME! I won’t last, come see me now!
