The attached garage is insulated and heated. All three overhead garage doors were replaced in 2003 along with the new seamless steel siding. The roof was shingled and air conditioning was installed in 2006. The refrigerator and range were new in 2008. The Culligan water softener was new in 2009. The laundry was added with new appliances in 2014 and the dishwasher was also replaced in 2014. The water heater was new in 2016. Don't let this one slip by.
