As of December 2021

It was built in 1983 or 1985. The garage was built in 1989. On 7/25/2010 vinyl siding, all new windows, and a new front door was added. A new roof was done on 7/1/2011. A new porch roof and ceiling were done in spring 2021. Wranik Well and Septic Systems drilled the well on 4/22/2003. They put in a new septic system and drainfield 7/21/2015. The septic system was pumped on 8/3/2021 so it won't need to be pumped for 3 more years. Frasier Plumbing and Heating installed a new energy efficient furnace and air conditioner on 2/19/2016. They serviced it, put in a new filter and 2 AV lights in the Aprilaire on 6/3/2021. The furnace passed their inspection. Maher Water installed a regular water softener on 12/2011. They added the second one on 2/2019 because I wanted more filtration so my laundry would come out whiter. Both softeners were purchased, not rented. Maher is under contract to service them and did that on 3/2021.
