The price does reflect this. We choose to play ie. horses, boats and vacations instead. With that being said it is very large and has several options to update. The decor is mostly neutral ( daughters bedroom) even the kitchen. The large back yard has a beautiful flowering tree and a nice shed. We will have a hard time leaving this home as it is the neighborhood I grew up in but it is time for us to move on and fulfill our dreams. We hope you love our home as much as we do.
