Although the roof is typically the responsibility of the owner, the HOA reserve account had enough money to repair all damaged roofing after Hurricane Matthew. They also recently resurfaced the tennis courts and added French drains. Exterior paint is also about to be completed by the HOA at no additional cost to owners.
