It also features newly painted interior walls in the living room, bedrooms, kitchen and cute bathroom - there is also a granite countertop in the kitchen which lends a further air of elegance and charm to this unit. The smaller unit (#41) has the original 1912 hearts-of-pine hardwood flooring as well as vinyl flooring in the bath which was partially redone in 2009, the kitchen was partially redone in 2010. It also has a 2023-installed stacked washer/dryer. Both units have 2022-installed mini-split electric heater/AC units as well as on-demand gas hot water heaters. The units are separately metered for electric and gas and there is one master meter for water, paid by landlord to this date. Larger unit has a faux fireplace. Smaller #41 unit has a storage locker located on its brick patio, just outside the lovely little wooden deck. There is also plumbing for a whole-building softwater system. New roof August 2022. This absolutely charming duplex is located within 1/2 mile of the Pier and entrance to San Buenaventura Beach - ON THE OCEAN.
