Newer electric box with C/B's. Newer electric hot water tank. Believe to have a concrete septic tank. Otherwise unknown. Drilled Well is not working, has an above ground well casing and lots of visible electric wires. Old detached garage/barn...needs work. 2nd smaller barn has fallen apart at the rear of the house. You could walk away or fall in love. I spent an hour and a half there today. Going back tomorrow! It's a cash listing. I would be happy to see it again.
