This floor also has the two bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room, but wait, you haven't seen the family room, you go through the living room and the french doors into the 36 x 27 room that over looks Terra Ceia Bay (all rooms do that) This room has the 1/2 bath. Let your imagination go for what you can do with this room, you'll never have to say again, we just don't have room to have everyone over. Step out onto the balcony which allows you to sit in the morning and watch the sun come up for the day. Isn't it nice to be kissed by the son every day! Now we go to the top floor which is the master suite, and what a suite it is. Bath, closet, entertainment area ( presently being used as an office) and then you enter the bedroom through a sitting area and the room is 17 x 30 and has that WOW view, along with a balcony. All the windows have dual pane tinted glass and have solar and hurricane film and every window has either electric or manual hurricane panels. There is a 15000 KW generator in the garage that comes on automatically during an electrical outage. The flooring is imported Italian Ceramic and Red Oak Hardwood. Okay, you have seen the home, now let's step outside to the dock. There is a 10,000 lb boat lift and the dock has water and electric. The metal roof was built with heat and radiant barrier sheeting for UV and heating and air conditioning efficiency.
