Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning costs due to pets will be charged if necessary.
Situated in a very quiet and safe residential neighborhood, this cottage offers a peaceful retreat. While there is no public transportation in the neighborhood, driving or using cab services like Uber is recommended for getting around.
This home is located in a residential area with quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated, the reservation may be canceled, and guests will be required to leave immediately with no refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any events require prior approval. Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent this property. A $100 charge applies for excessive trash removal.
