The home includes three bedrooms: one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds, and one with a twin-over-twin bunk bed. An additional sleeping space with two double beds is available in a shared part of the home without a door. Two bathrooms with tubs are also provided.
A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional charges apply for cleaning if pet hair or waste is found.

All bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs, so if you are not comfortable with stairs, this might not be the best choice for your stay. Contact-free check-in is available via a digital door code, and the laundry space is shared between all units. A minimum age of 21 is required to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, with a $500 damage charge for violations. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Excessive noise may result in reservation cancellation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or furnishings during their stay, and a $100 charge applies for excessive trash removal.
