Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outside on the patio, balcony, parking lot, or within 50 feet of the property, with a fine of $300 for violations. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for violations, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement. Noise detection monitors are present. Unauthorized animals or pets will incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. House rule violations can result in a fine of up to $1000 and/or eviction from the property.
