Guests are required to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. Please clean the lint trap before using the dryer, clean makeup off face before using towels, and do not flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet. If you cook, you must reasonably clean the kitchen before you leave ($35 service fee).
