Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate. Design and décor may vary slightly from photos, and some items are for staging only and not included during your stay. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas. Pets must be leashed in outdoor areas, and owners are responsible for disposing of pet waste properly.
