The building boasts unmatched hotel amenities, including a 19,000 sqft double-height open deck overlooking Downtown Miami and Biscayne Bay, a 132-foot sunrise/sunset resort-style pool, private lounge areas, a 16-foot poolside screening LED wall, a covered theater lawn, an entertainment lounge, an 8-grill terrace and dining area for special events, a two-level modern gym and fitness studio, fitness classes and community events, an expansive outdoor yoga deck, and Wi-Fi in all common areas. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the Marriott Stanton Beach Club in South Beach for two guests, including chairs, towels, and an umbrella.
Optional valet parking is available for $75 per day, including in and out privileges. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 plus tax. Unauthorized late check-out will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay.
Parties or noisy meetings are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Check-in is after 3 pm, and check-out is at 11 am. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a fee equal to 50% of the daily rate. Design and décor may vary slightly from photos, and some items are for staging only and not included during your stay. Guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. Pets must be well-trained, quiet, and non-disruptive, and owners are responsible for any damages caused by their pets. Pets must not be left unattended unless crated, and owners are expected to clean up after their pets both inside the apartment and in common areas. Pets must be leashed in outdoor areas, and owners are responsible for disposing of pet waste properly.
