Due to the close proximity to the hospital, rare brief disturbances from emergency vehicles may arise. Quiet hours are from 8:00 p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Smoking is absolutely prohibited in the unit and within 25 ft of the building. Parties and events are prohibited. If arriving after 10:00 p.m., please make special arrangements in advance. No additional sheets, towels, or one-time-use supplies will be provided after the initial starter kit. Check-in and check-out times must be adhered to, with access restricted at 11:00 a.m. on the allotted checkout date. Late departure may result in late fees. Unauthorized guests or subletting are prohibited. Violations of the no-smoking and no-parties policy may result in immediate termination without refund.
