(Garage is original 1978 wood frame construction.) $166,000 worth of permits were pulled for phase 1 of this rebuild. The studs and furring strips are steel. The French doors upstairs lead to a new composite deck . The addition of a two story screen enclosure allows you to enjoy the outdoors anytime, day or night, while the fenced yard and green space behind the home provide you with wonderful privacy. An additional patio was added to the side of the house providing you with a nice place to soak up some rays while enjoying a cup of coffee over the morning newspaper in the maintenance free paradise.

The beautiful granite countertop is enhanced by the white pearlized, split Slate back splash. Loads of cabinet space, two pantries/closets, a breakfast bar and built in desk, what else could you need? A brand new Samsung French Door refrigerator completes the kitchen upgrade. A custom closet has been added to the open space under the staircase for extra storage and pantry space. A brand new high end stranded bamboo floor was installed in the living room and dining room. The staircase to the upstairs has new solid wood treads.
The HOA maintains the sprinkler system and the lawn. What a wonderful way to enjoy sunny Florida without too much effort. As if the home isn't perfect enough, the location is amazing.
