Electricity is provided by off grid solar power, which has a backup gas generator. Water is provided by a drilled well. The smaller 4 acre island is accessible by a land bridge at low tide, you can explore there for about 4 hours on the tide change. There is also a 3 acre shorefront mainland base off Driscoll Road in Harrington where you moor your boat and take off to the dock on the island. Boat and John Deere Gator Atv also included.
