A woodstove with brick hearth warms the living and dining rooms. Washer and dryer in laundry and utility room conveys. The well has an expensive, newly installed filter system on it so the water is potable. A second building is only steps away and features another lovely camp with a nice bedroom with sitting area and a full bath. This little building is also serviced with the same well and septic. The beach area is just that. Sand beach makes for perfect swimming. Install a dock and your boat will be perched right off your deck. There is a nice seating area on the beach and a fire pit to enjoy the spectacular sunsets that will absolutely captivate you from this end of the lake. An abundance of glass on the water side, facing West, will engulf your attention, day or night. The current owners have rented the property for the past few years and currently have renters coming until September 5th. Showings are limited to Saturdays between cleanings. There is a section for parking just above the cottage.
