Tenants split utilities. The Madison Gas and Electric Bill averages $102 per month for gas (heat), The electric bill averaged between $130-$242 per month according to lifestyle and usage (window AC units and electric cars, etc.). Tenants keep the yard clean and I provide lawn care once per month (June-July-August). Tenants must remove snow by noon, if snowfall is over 1 inch on the sidewalks in front of the house. There are two parking spots included in the rent price on the paved driveway and no parking on the lawn.
There are no pets allowed ( I am allergic, sorry ) and a maximum capacity of five tenants/guests allowed at a time. All tenants must sign the lease.
