From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking. The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. Smoking in the unit or on the balcony will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and any violation of this policy will incur a $200 fine. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact us before their stay.
