The home has a maximum occupancy limit, and renters who exceed it are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, with a $250 fine plus cleaning costs for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with violators charged a $500 fine. No pets are allowed, with a $200 fine for violations. Guests with service animals are encouraged to contact before their stay. A security camera/recording device is installed outside for safety, but not inside the property. Beach towels are not provided. You must be at least 22 years old to rent this property.
