About This Apartment
For the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located at 400 Sumner Ave Akron Oh ., you will have to hook up all your own utilities that include water, gas, and electric. The apartment comes with living room, coin operated washer/dryers, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven), two different entrances/exits, and parking lot. each room has its own personal full bathroom. There will be a one time $1100 deposit that is reimbursed at the end of your lease term if no damages are done. For the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located at 400 Sumner Ave Akron Oh ., you will have to hook up all your own utilities that include water, gas, and electric. All renters are required to have renters insurance that you could purchase from all the major insurance providers (GIEKO, Lemonade, State Farm, Etc.) that can cost you anywhere from $5-$15. If you do not purchase your own, we will automatically enroll you on ours and charge you a $13.50 insurance fee. The apartments are located right next to the Akron University campus as well as a few different restaurants. If it is listed there are still availabilities. Please don't ask me if it is still available. Ask me if you qualify.
