The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to family dinners. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience. The second floor features two beautifully appointed bedrooms, offering a restful retreat after a day at the beach. Each room is designed for comfort, with fresh linens, ample storage, and thoughtful touches to make you feel at home.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to family dinners. A full laundry room is also available for your convenience.
Pets are welcome with a $25 per pet, per night fee. Each reservation includes parking for up to 2 cars. As a guest, you’ll also have access to the onsite pool, making it easy to cool off and relax between beach outings.
Step outside and you’ll discover that you’re right in the heart of Hilton Head Island. The Sea Turtle Marketplace is just next door with grocery stores, restaurants, and even a Dunkin’ Donuts for your morning coffee. Burkes and Bradley Beach are only 5 minutes away, so you can enjoy sand, sun, and ocean breezes in no time.
Check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and you will be dismissed from the property without a refund. There is a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. [SI]
