Pets are welcome with a pet fee of $50, and a maximum of two dogs is allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and cleaned up after inside and out. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts.

This first-floor unit may experience noise from other units, and noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM. Smoking is not permitted on the patio or near the building. Any stay with a pet must be disclosed when booking, and a pet fee of $50 is required. Checkout is at 10 AM, and any stay past this time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Any issues must be disclosed prior to checkout, or guests are held liable for damages. Violations of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
