Pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Electric vehicle charging stations are available near the laundry facility and tennis courts. Guests can also enjoy charcoal grills throughout the complex for outdoor meals.
Located less than a mile from June Decker Public Beach Access and close to Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track, this apartment is ideally situated for exploring the best of Destin. Enjoy the convenience of two entrances to the complex, providing easy access to main roads and side streets.
Check-in is at 4 PM CST, and check-out is at 10 AM. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, or disturbances are not permitted. Trailer, RV, box truck, and watercraft parking are prohibited, with towing fees applicable for violations. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or near the building. Any stay with a pet must be disclosed when booking, and pets must be crated when unattended. ADA recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA are subject to the fee. A penalty applies for any violation of house rules or terms and conditions.
A laptop computer is not included, but the apartment offers a comfortable space for remote work with Wi-Fi access.
