A smart TV is in this room as well, with HuluLive for guest access or the ability to log in to your own media. A stackable washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board are located in the laundry room.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums offers electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, located near the laundry facility and tennis courts. All stays with house-trained pets must be disclosed at booking, as a $50 pet fee applies. A maximum of two dogs are allowed.
Gulf Terrace Condominiums are centrally located in the heart of Destin, just minutes away from a variety of dining, shopping, and local hotspots. You’ll be less than a mile from June White Decker public beach access, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahuna’s Water Park, and The Track Family Fun Parks. The complex offers the convenience of two entrances. The main entrance takes you directly onto Destin’s main highway, while the side entrance lets you exit onto a side street with a stoplight.
This is a condo in a building with shared walls with other units, so there is a potential for noise. As this is a residential complex, a 10 pm noise ordinance is in effect. Excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted at any time. Pets must be crated when unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them indoors and outdoors. Pets are not allowed on furniture.
