The apartment is on the second floor, accessible by one flight of stairs, with no elevator access. Check-in is at 4 PM CST, and check-out is at 10 AM. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, or disturbances are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed on the balcony or near the building. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated. Any stay past check-out time will result in an additional day charge and cleaning fee. Any violation of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
