Step inside to find a clean, fun, and budget-friendly rental space. The living room welcomes you with a comfortable queen sleeper sectional and a cozy seating area under the TV. A 65" Smart TV with standard cable is provided for your convenience, and guests can log in to their own streaming services. The back wall of the condo offers floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors, allowing natural light to flood the space. The dining area, situated in the center of the windows, provides easy access to a small patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances, a full wine cooler, barware, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a full spice rack, a standard coffee maker, and a Keurig. A pot filler above the stove and a small pantry add to the convenience. The farmhouse-styled bedroom features a king-size cooling gel memory foam bed, and additional sleeping arrangements include two twin fold-out memory foam mattresses and a queen sleeper sofa. The bathroom offers a shower and tub combo with a lighted copper vanity area.
The complex now offers electric vehicle charging stations near the laundry facility and tennis courts. A pet fee of $50 is required for stays with house-trained pets, with a maximum of two dogs allowed. Pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture. ADA-recognized service animals are not charged a pet fee, but ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are subject to the pet fee.
The Copper Cay is ideally located less than a mile from public beach access at June Decker Beach Trail, Destin Dog Park, Morgan Sportscenter, Big Kahunas, and The Track. Henderson Beach State Park is just 1.6 miles away. The condo complex offers two entrances for easy access to the main road through Destin or a side road near a stoplight. Nearby conveniences include beach stores, Waffle House, Chick-Fil-A, Shakes Frozen Custard, Mary's Kitchen, Beach Liquors, Subway, Merlin's Pizza, Smoothie King, and The Track.
Noise ordinances are enforced at 10 PM, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Smoking is prohibited on the balcony and near the building. Guests under 25 are welcome at the host's discretion, but one-night bookings for this age group are not allowed. Check-out is at 10 AM, and late check-out will incur additional charges. Any issues must be disclosed prior to check-out, or guests will be held liable for damages. The property manager must be notified of any issues during the stay to avoid responsibility for undisclosed problems. Refunds are not issued for lack of amenities due to outages beyond control, but efforts will be made to resolve issues promptly. Violations of house rules may result in eviction without refund.
