The living room and kitchen are shared, and in the kitchen each roommate has their own separate closet, including a separate shelf in the refrigerator. Everything is well organized. The room has a full-size Ikea bed, a desk with a chair, and a walk-in closet. Internet is included, no water bill, and I offer up to $50 for electricity; the tenant only pays the excess, which varies from $10 to $30/month in addition to the rent. There are months in the winter when they don't even pay because they don't use the air conditioning much at that time. You must have a co-signer if you're a student. If you're working, show your last 3 pay stubs. The other 3 rooms are rented to males. Not for couples. $300 security deposit refundable at the end if there are no problems.
