The building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in, which must be completed before arrival. The HVAC system is centralized and operates seasonally based on municipal and environmental regulations, with heating in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and AC in full operation from May 15 to October 1. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, and damages exceeding $300 per stay are not covered. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. All guests must be registered, providing full names and IDs.
