Each reservation includes two registered guests, with additional guests available for an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Lost FOB/Access Cards are charged a $250 replacement fee.
